Nutella Tart

Graham Cracker Crust — (Ingredients)
1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs — 12 pieces
1/2 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons butter — melted
Nutella Filling — (Ingredients)
1 2 ounce packages cream cheese — (2-8) softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup nutella
Nutella Ganache
1/4 cup nutella
1/4 cup whipping cream
Spray Tart pan or 9-inch tart pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Use the pre-packaged box of graham cracker crumbs or grind your own graham crackers until you have fine crumbs. Mix in the melted butter and sugar. Combine well.
Press into prepared pie plate and bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees until golden brown. Let the pie crust become cold and then place in freezer for about 10 minutes until it’s completely chilled.
For the filling, use a mixer and combine cream cheese and sugar together until well blended. Stir in vanilla, cream and Nutella and mix on medium to high speed until it’s fluffy and thick. (About 3 minutes)
Pour filling into chilled pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Freeze for 4 hours until the filling is set and the tart is firm.
For the Ganache Pour and stir to get desired consistency – microwave in 30 second intervals to combine (1/4 – 1/2cup)
Put desired amount of ganache on top and freeze or refrigerate OR eat! Store in freezer.

I’m a huge fan of Nutella and always on the lookout for ideas! I can certainly imagine chocolate graham crackers for sure! I think this will be a perfect dessert to wrap up the summer with!
