It was a great experience cooking in this amazing space. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
It was a laid-back, relaxed style of service and the guests truly enjoyed themselves.

The Salad with Artisan Lettuces/Avocado, Tomato & Cucumber Salad:
Roasted Swordfish steaks with corn Salsa and Brown Rice with Black Beans!
and finally The Dessert:
Nutella/Banana/Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Bread Pudding, with Raspberry Sauce, Vanilla Gelato and Salt Caramel Drizzle.
This is the result of the Banana Bread Pudding recipe testing! It was finally presented in all it’s glory and enjoyed by all!
