One of my clients hosted a party for a friend to celebrate the friend’s 50th birthday. The head count was also 50 and my client only knew about 6 of the guests! We needed to create a mostly vegetarian menu with some fish and a chicken hors d’oeuvres would be allowed for those who would like it.
