Didn’t get photos of the rest of the menu as we were busy filling trays and continuing the cooking/prepping necessary to keep the food fresh and enticing.

Another successful event, had so much fun decorating the table and living room. Client bought about 30 helium balloons and just let them loose around the table and all through living room with the ribbons dangling! It was an awesome party! I know because I’m beyond exhausted! Thursday was 6 hour day, Friday 9 hours and Saturday I woke @5:30 a.m. started with timeline plan and final shopping list, arrived w/my SousChef @ 10:45 am after 1hour shopping 45 minutes traveling time and left the party @10:30p.m. We had one helper @4 p.m. till we left. We revisited the apartment today to finish packing our “stuff” and a final cleaning! Client was thrilled! I love my job!

Eat Well….Be Well!
